This is a vital part of marketing, I can’t remember the number of times someone has come in looking for a 2 bed cottage only to end up with a 3 bed flat. And lets face it, who doesn’t want to see their house professionally photographed and featured on the front page of a paper and who hasn’t flicked through property adverts dreaming of living in one of the homes.
