Beverley Wolsey

Beverley started her career as a legal secretary working for a number of high profile solicitors, during this time she moved around the country as her husband worked for one of the major oil companies. Understanding this relocation process and also being both a landlord and tenant meant she was ideally placed to start a career in property management in the early 2000’s. Her foundation training for property management couldn’t have been better starting off at Knight Frank and then Savills. After settling in Weybridge, Beverley realised the benefits of independent lettings agencies and headed up the property management department at Curchods handling the whole of Surrey. An impressive CV includes legal executive examinations, NFOPP technical awards and ARLA membership.

An active social member of St Georges Hill Tennis Club Beverley enjoys taking part in yoga classes amongst others. She is also dedicating increasing amounts of time to voluntary work for a national support charity.

Beverley is a vital member of the team at Martin & Wheatley and her considerable knowledge of the area and industry is invaluable to the company and its clients.
