Carole Martin

We couldn’t have been happier to get Carole on board at Martin & Wheatley. Having worked with her at a previous property company, we knew Carole would make a valuable member of our team as soon as she got in touch. Carole has worked in the legal profession for much of her professional life mostly as a paralegal and legal assistant and for large firms including DixCart Legal. This provides the perfect background to carry out all our legal work, contracts and compliance at Martin & Wheatley. Very little flusters Carole and she has a stoic attitude in the office tackling whatever comes her way with a quiet confidence and a cheery, chatty manner. When she isn’t drawing up tenancy agreements for us or being a grandmother Carole manages to squeeze in making and selling crafts. What none of us knew was that Carole was also a fitness instructor for 20 years, running (‘scuse the pun) her own studio from a converted hovercraft testing building! Like all of us she has a keen interest in property and whenever we need more hands on deck she is happy to step in and help with viewings and general lettings enquiries. And no, she’s not a relative of Sheila Martin….that we’re aware of!
