Jamie Wheatley

Jamie trained as a surveyor in the late 1980's before moving into the family trade of estate agency. In the early 90's he focused on lettings and property management and has been at the cutting edge of the market ever since. During his professional career he has seen remarkable changes in the market from property crashes, the rise of the Buy To Let boom, Housing Act reforms and the growth of our governing body ARLA. Having dealt with Student lets, large scale block management and long term corporate tenancies there is little that Jamie hasn't advised on in the market place.

Jamie lives in South London, coming from a family in the property business where his wife, father and brother are all involved in estate agency.

In the rare time between raising his young children and letting properties Jamie is happiest tinkering with and driving classic cars and loves nothing more than spending an afternoon amongst the old racers at Brooklands!
